The pageant was held on 31 March 2012 at the Kalin Musical Theatre in Kiev with 14 participating contestants. The Top 3 winners of Ceska Miss 2012 will represent Czech Republic at Miss Universe 2012,  Miss World 2012, and Miss Earth 2012.
